Hit the brakes... the 91 Freeway Expansion is on hold... Pending PAINT Delivery???
For those that commute on the 91 fwy in Southern Ca. daily are going to love this one... Just when you thought that wonderful Freeway couldn't get any worse, it can... That constrcution that we have been driving through for the past months, well read the blog below, looks like that construction isn't going to be finished anytime soon.
The orange cones are here to stay... for the next few months it appears.
Somehow it's not much of a surprise that completion of the extensive lane expansion on the 91 Freeway through Corona (which was scheduled to be completed in the next couple weeks) may be delayed for MONTHS due to a shortage of the paint which they use for marking lane divisions.
This is not the first time that a Riverside County project has been stopped due to a lack of paint.
Your government agencies dropping the ball again! Surprise.
