Ask the inspector to see samples of his/her reports.  Doing so will help you determine the reporting style.  Also ask how long it will take to receive your completed report.  Most inspectors provide the report within 24 hours of the inspection

I missed the first ten tips but I will go back and read them. This is a good one and In would not have thought to ask or tell clients to ask about this one
