Facebook has 500 million users. Must be something they're doing right. So, we took their idea and put it on a website. View our website.

How do you get people to your agent website? Sure, that's a problem and we all need help with that. But what happens once they come? Do they stay? Can you track what they are doing? Can you shop together with them on your website in an intuitive format like Facebook? Our program does just that. And with $99 set-up and training and $29/month NO CONTRACT, how easy is that? What about set-up within a day or so?

This is a concept that is timely.  Most buyers are searching online before going out to look at a home.  They are much more engaged in the selection process.

Barbara, I agree. And the younger people prefer the social media concept over phone calls. I was talking to a 27 year old. He said nowadays, if he or his friends meet a woman in a bar, they go to the restroom and look up that person on Facebook before they decide to pursue that introduction further!  Same holds true for him on phone numbers vs. emails. It's much harder to get a phone number than an email out of younger home-buyers, don't you think?

Thanks Mike. When the NAR gets RETS standardized Kearny is in our cross-hairs.  If you've heard anything about this so-called standardization of RETS due January 1st, let me know.
