Did anyone notice what mortgage interest rates did yesterday??? They went up...TWICE!
The DOW is now over 11,000 and ticking up and some economic indicators, like unemployment, are looking better. What does this mean? It's means that this amazing environment of 4% range interest rates could soon be over. Current mortgage rates are outstanding so if you're on the fence you better lock soon. With two rate increases yesterday it looks as if the writing is on the wall.
