After living in the East Calhoun Neighborhood for years, I've noticed many more young Generation Y populations in the area. Both living and visiting the area on a regular basis. I've also noticed that the turn over ratio for residences are below the 5% ratio in most Uptown neighborhoods. That tells me that the people owning real estate enjoy living here and do not plan on moving.
Even the Real Estate Sales in Uptown are considerably better than other areas of Minneapolis. See for yourself here>>>
