Homeowners in the new Blaine Haven community will be within walking distance to Madison Elementary School. Madison Elementary is Kindergarten through grade 5. The school is just down the street from the new Blaine Haven development! I've included a link (see links section) to the school so you can get a better idea of what the school has to offer. 
Madison Elementary is located on Territorial between Jackson & Jefferson (on 10 acres). Blaine Haven is closest to the Jackson side. There is a large sports field area (see below) between Jackson & the school.
Students attending Madison Elementary would go to Northdale Middle School and then onto Blaine High School. There are also private schools available for the area, which I'd be happy to provide more information on if anyone needs it.
