31 Days of December Challenge Deborah Byron Leffler Days 1-3

I love this challenge....I don't know that I will be 100% there due to a surgery on December 13th...but I intend to still do 31 things to continue my business even if not every day!!!

Here is a recap of what I have done thus far......

Day 1     I posted a blog on Active Rain, I braved the six inches of snow to attend our fantastic Office meeting where we roleplayed scripts.  I also completed a Multiple Counter Offer for a client and I called on a few MIA leads I had been working.    Got one who I think is back in the saddle again!!!  

Day 2    I posted a couple of Blogs on Active Rain, replied to several friends on Facebook to keep in contact with them on buying a home, I attended a HUD forum for the State of Idaho...got to network with a lot of industry folks as well as advocate for my clients on HUD related issues.  I added a few names to my data base.  I also emailed a plat map to another Realtor on a Long Time Vacant Land Listing I have

Day 3     I attended the Monthly Canyon County Chapter Women's Council of Realtors breakfast meeting and ornament exchange.   Caught up with a few industry experts at the same time.   Met with my client who had the multiple offer situation on Day 1...and looks like we have an accepted offer!   I am also printing off my labels for a calendar mailing I will be sending out on Monday!   Chatted on the phone with a former Realtor about if she needs help with referrals to give me a call.   

 

This is a great challenge to keep on keeping on in Real Estate...we can't let our guard down even if the month is typically slower....we all want January to start the year out right...for that to happen we need to work hard now!!!
