Great presentation Randy. Wow I am envious of how far a real estate dollar goes in Tupelo. A beautiful place on two acres for what a 2 bedroom condo goes for here. Hope Tupelo residents realize how good they have it!

Life is Good in the Tropic Shade!

Believe it or not, there are many folks here (locals) that think prices here are too high. Compared to many other parts of the country, NE MS is bargain heaven. Many buyers and retiree's from Fla and other northern tier states are slowly discovering the mid south as very affordable and its reasonably lower cost of living.
