Does Santa Come to Your City or Town? See his new route!

I live and work in a really small city--especially considering that the town is located in Orange County in Southern California.  There are approximately 1900 lots (most of them 1/2 acre) and just over 6,000 people in the idyllic city of Villa Park, CA, commonly referred to as Orange County's Hidden Jewel.  Villa Park was incorporated in 1962, and at least for the last 30 years or more, Santa comes to spread good cheer to the OC's smallest city.   This year, Santa's New Route in Villa Park  will include most of the streets in Villa Park.  Rudolf has been replaced by red fire engine and instead of hearing the music to "I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas" or "Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer" or "The Twelve Days of Christmas" we hear the loud noise of the fire engine sirens and some jingle bells.  People gather on all streets in small groups waiting for Santa to pass by and hurl arm loads of candies to children and adults alike.  Santa also has scheduled stops whereby he exits the truck and comes down to hear the Christmas wishes of excited children.  There are certainly lots of Photo Ops for everyone.  This is just one of the reasons why people love Villa Park, California.
