I have experience in new sales, resales, tract sales, land acquisition, assemblage, entitlements, subdivisions, property management, contracts, short sales, evictions, secondary loans or hard money, advertising, marketing, customer service and people navigation..

In today's 14% unemployment factor (my neck of the woods), people living off savings or their wits, with foreclosures, evictions, marred credit reports, and uncertainties...letting people have access to someone who can guide them and or help them to plan strategy in this day and age is not only helpful...but necessary....

That 14% caught my attention; that is pretty high.  I am sure I have shared a lot of my time for free this year; not actually by design as you say though.  A couple of things I do do for free intentionally is offering a first time buyers class every month on the same day (last Thursday of the month) at the same time and writing blogs for my local communities that hopefully educate.  

My experience has been...if you write it, they will come.

Richie, the whole idea behind 'being available and caring' is keeping you at the top of their list when they think of Real Estate, whether for themselves or as a referral...I really like your approach...BTW, our unemployment rate here is 7.6%...Enjoy your day.

Richie - great writing, and a fantastic approach.  People are pretty afraid, and do't know who to turn to with so many probles lurking out there.  Your "people first" motto and open approach is really important to help people find a friend in the business.  Great post!

Hello Joseph...thank you. Unconditional help. If they decide to do business using me, so be it. If not, I helped them and myself at the same time. I win either way no matter what happens, they win for sure if they go with me...Life is good...too short, but good....

I like this approach and although our numbers are different than yours, the approach is simular. I provide the appropriate information as accurately as possible and than what you do with it is up to you. No matter what though, at least you have the information.

Hi Kevin...your looking smart....and your comment is ride on.....Kevin, I am a big stickler on client control and that means my clients have to want my help. After all these years in Real Estate, my energy now goes into results..THINK: laser beam which is finely focused beam of light on a point or destination. Very powerful when engaged.
