31 Days of December Challenge Day 5 at Dreamland Viila in Mesa AZ

 It was my second day to hold an open house in Dreamland Villa in Mesa AZ.                                                                                       

Dreamland Villa is a golf course 55+ retirement community of block 

constructed homes that were built in the 1960 through 1980s. Many

have been updated and even though they have large yards they are

easy maintenance with decorative rock, hard scape and desert plants.

The community has a golf course, pool, spa and clubhouse. The HOA

fees are only $110 per year per resident. 

I had the opportunity to speak to many of the friendly Dreamland Villa residence at the open house. I also spoke to couples thinking about moving to Mesa AZ permanently or just for the winter months. A Canadian couple told me it was -20 at home this morning. This was while we were standing in the sunshine in the backyard next to an orange tree and the temperature was 76 degrees.
