Game On Week #5...its really working!

Happy HolidaysI have been actively blogging about my goals for each week and then holding myself accountable by posting on Fridays what I accomplished.  Its been such a huge motivation to keep me doing what I need to do to be productive, finish my year off strong and start my new year even stronger!  Holiday time is always hard for a lot of people to keep and stay motivated, but with this "Game On" mentality, I think I have actually used the holidays to my benefit!  Here are the things I will be getting done this week:

  1. Meet with two Realtors
  2. Meet with two financial ad visors
  3. Send Christmas Cards to "B" Realtors
  4. Get gifts for my "A" Realtors
  5. Do at least two days of Hour of Power - calling Realtors to either introduce myself or catch up.
  6. Go through all past loans (denied, cancelled, follow ups and not yet ready files) and touch base
  7. Send out email to agents explaining differences between bankers, brokers, lenders, etc.
  8. Two networking groups and set up meetings to do a one to one with two people from each group
  9. Get two new loans in!!
  10. Add more Realtors to database

This list is pretty long but I'm up to the challenge.  Thanks for sticking with me and if you want to join in, just send me an email and we can help encourage each other!  I'm always looking for an accountability partner.

I'm curious why you're spending so much time on the "B" realtors? Instead, add in there, prospecting old customers about a possible refi or see if its time for a second home/investment property and give them gifts rather than the realtors.  I find most customers right now have such little knowledge of the actual true climate for lending and refinancing.  Or, call your old customers and your realtor partners and ask them to refer you to others.
