Pappy's Riverside Restaurant in Blairsville, GA

Pappy's Riverside Restaurant is located on the Nottely River in Blairsville Ga. This rustic restaurant is known for its Old South Traditional Slow Smoked Bar-B-Que, as well as aged Char Broiled Steaks.

But today we were headed to Pappy's for breakfast, and get some of the best pancakes around. Of course that will be on top of our eggs, biscuit, gravy, fried potatoes and plenty of hot coffee for this chilly December morning. They had the fire going, but our favorite place to sit is by the glass windows overlooking the river.

Pappy’s Riverside Restaurant serves lunch & dinner and if you stop in on the weekends you’ll enjoy live Blue Grass music while dining. If you’re having a get-together and don’t want to do all the cooking – they do catering and take out too.

I remember driving through Blairsville on the way to the cabin we rented very close to the Brasstown Valley Resort.  Such a great place!  I remember driving over the state line to eat breakfast at a place in NC that had the hugest biscuits.  Have you got any idea where that might be?  I can't remember the name of the place but it was packed and you had to wait for a table.

Lee & Carol, that sounds like a great place to stop, relax and get filled up!  I love restaurants like that!  Great post!
