I am just tired from writing these follow up posts....
In any case, I am taking Jennifer Prestwich's challenge of doing 31 one things in 31 days.
What do you have to do? Do 1 thing per day that would further your business. This might be a blog post, Facebook note, tweet, text, phone call or email. It could be a newsletter, event, or postcard. In my opinion, you should be doing this many times a day, besides your normal business, if it were showing homes or doing mortgage applications. Keeping in front of people daily is marketing and branding. But in my opinion, don't spam yourself, do it naturally and genuinely.
Day 6 - 12/6/10
I made my follow up calls to those that had contacted me over the weekend and in which I gave them some information to think about. I also did several mortgage related Tweets on Twitter about mortgage rates.
Day 7 - 12/7/10
Today, I wrote a blog post based on a very misleading & incorrect response to a question on Trulia. I posted this on Mortgage Myth Busters and titled it, FHA loans aren't just for First Time Home Buyers. One of my main points to the consumer and anyone else, you need to be very careful in regards to where you get your mortgage related information.
