Busy Open House

Last sunday I held an open house.  I had all my christmas cards with me ready to address and write, and I only got three done.  I don't think I had any serious buyers but I was surprised to see just how many people I had threw.  For the most part I think people wanted to get information on the market who are thinking of selling after the first of the year.  So, I may have a few potential listings.  Anyway it was nice to tell my seller we had people threw their house.
