If you have not utilized or heard of Jing - you may want to take a moment and read up on it. This is an incredibly easy software to use that allows you to take screen captures of anything on your monitor and make it into an email video presenation. As a Mortgage Planner - I use it a lot to explain out portions of the GFE, Application, or other disclosures. It is great to use when you are trying to get across a certain point. By verbally walking a client through something you not only are sure to get the point across, but you are also going to wow the socks off of them. Use Jing to set yourself apart and make you look like a true professional.
