I'm writing this waiting for 8:30 because then "House Hunters International" will be on. And it's supposed to be new! My husband is out of town so no hassle - lol-. He sells farm equipment and has forced me to watch a few episodes of "tractor something" on RFD network in payback for making him watch "House Hunters"
He's asked why I'd want to do real estate all day and then watch a show about doing real estate when I get home?
I don' t really know. I do know that I have learned a lot from these shows. (even as staged as they are)
It is constantly amazing to me to see how important little things can be. I need to always remember that. A huge transaction can depend on a person's emotional reaction to a $200 paint job.
I guess too it is fun to watch a show about something I'm good at and enjoy. I also like some fishing shows, I enjoy and am good at fishing.
But it does boil down to being addicted to the real estate business.
