Greast one!  I love Casey.  She and her Xinnix is awesome.  Went to her Xinnix Boot Camp a bit ago.  Loved hearing her story.  She's awesome!

"I listen for a living." It's all about you.

As I was growing up my mother, in an effort to control our unruly behavior at dinner, instituted a practice that demanded that each of us was to tell one story.  The story could be about anything good that happened to us in the day.  The rule was that none of the siblings could interrupt or disparage the story.  To this day I am looking for something good in my day to share with my own family when I get home.  While my mother is gone, this wonderful habit lives on.

Great vid to keep alive communication in the family. Active participation of equals. I like the idea of listening as part of the communication.
