Wow... the week is flying by. Note to self: Really need to post more often... The days run into eachother.
Day 8: Showed a couple houses in the afternoon. Followed up with clients, email and pending transactions. Updated twitter, facebook and website blog postings.
Day 9: Put together a google map for a buyer client. Outlined particular subdivisions of interest, marked homes the buyers are interested in and added floorplans where available and MLS display links... very cool!
Showed a house in the afternoon and second showing that evening.
Negotiated an offer.
Day 10: Market Analysis. Updated MLS listing. Creating a postlet.
