Sounds like a really good deal but the buyer needs to be a tax preparor with a pin number issued by the IRS.

You are absolutely correct Robert!  In fact, we have recently found that Buyer and successfully negotiated the contract details! He already owns several offices in the area and is ready to expand his current database! If all goes well, we will move on to a smooth closing! For the meantime, I continue to Market the Property until I know we are closed and funded! Have a great day! =)
