I am recommending Kraig Benoit based on the outstanding service provided to my clients on a recent home purchase. Mr. Benoit was great to work with, very thorough with his work, and my clients, who have already worked with many inspectors on previous transactions, really thought he did a terrific job. I also am working on an investment property deal and plan to personally use Benoit Home Inspection Services for my own personal property inspections as well.
Anytime anyone buys a home, they should always get a home inspection. This is one area where you don't want to be trimming costs because a good inspector will be able to tell you what your getting and what needs to be fixed. Otherwise you're going into the deal blind and what ever you get is what you get.
There are many good inspectors in town and even though I don't make any money whatsoever by recommending Kraig, I am not at all adverse to publicly recommending a good person to do business with if I have had good results and I have here and so have my clients.
