Today is the second open house I have scheduled for my latest listing and the second time we have had significant snow that same day. Today is by far worse as we have 2 foot snow drifts on my sidewalk. I think I will reschedule this open and work towards setting up more snow when I reschedule.
It sure is pretty though...
My best sale ever was in the midst of a huge blizzard while managing a Real Estate Office in Northern Michigan. One more reason for sellers to keep their homes on the market during the winter season. - David
