Mission Valley Condos in San Diego
Mission Village

Condominium prices in Mission Valley have been steadily increasing since February 2009 (12½% just in October 2010! November statistics should be out in a few days.), so if you enjoy the hassle-free condominium lifestyle, it's time to get into a Mission Valley condo. You can enjoy everything that beautiful San Diego has to offer right from the central location of your condominium in Mission Village!

http://www.missionvalleycondos.infoMission Village, built in 1972, is a community of 256 units in the central section of Mission Valley. Bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 0/1, 1/1, and 2/2, and range in size from 419 to 1,030 square feet. The studio units are very popular with pilots and flight attendantas, as well as companies needing to bring people in for short stays, especially since cable/TV is included in the HOA fees.

Amenities at Mission Village include on-site guard, swimming pool, sauna, spa, tennis courts, fitness center, clubhouse/recreation room, outdoor grills, and common laundry.

HOA fees range from about $196 to $420 per month and include common area
maintenance, exterior building and roof maintenance, landscaping, cable/TV, gas,
water (including hot water), sewer, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles.
