Only KW has!
I just spent time at a training in Austin, the home of Keller Williams International. I made a list of things that KW has or does for its agents that are totally unique in the industry.
- A written set of principles by which their business is run.
- A National Listing system separate to the MLS, holding over 3 million listings with specially negotiated syndication with over 300 partners. So our Listings sell.
- The only national company with its own coaching program which follows the KW philosophies and, which has been recognized outside the industry.
- Soon to have a paperless transaction system from listing to closing.
- Company that believes that the agent is the brand, and teaches agents to brand themselves
- More agents on Facebook, twitter and Linked in.
- National charity to care for agents in need. KW Cares.
There are lots of other good things, however they may not be quite so unique.
With me at this training was Renee and Rob Crothers, long time top agents from Sun Prairie. During the week she said to me, “why didn’t you tell me about this” and “if only I had known about this 20 years ago”
