Bridge Street Town Centre Huntsville Alabama

Bridge Street Town Centre is mentioned in many of my blog posts about neighborhoods in and around Madison and Huntsville Alabama.  I thought it was about time that I devote a post to Bridge Street Town Centre with photos and map.  There is a little bit of everything here from casual to fine dining, upscale shopping and Cinema. 

At the south entrance P.F. Chang's, a well known restaurant greets visitors while a short stroll along the main strip offers many other opportunities at casual and fine dining.

One of my favorite features of Bridge Street are the canals where on a warm summer day you can opt for a gondola ride for a change of pace.

The Chocolate Crocodile would be my other favorite Bridge Street Town Centre offering.  I think the name is self explanitory...Chocolate...creations...wow...I never want to leave.  The Monaco Pictures is a "night out" experience with multi screens, the Scene Lounge and Sushi Bar.

If you've been paying attention then you've noticed the lack of shoppers at Bridge Street Town Centre, especially strange so close to the holidays.  Just a hint here...this is Alabama and we are not used to the recent blast of cold weather.  When I took these photos the temp was about 25 degrees F. with a 20 mile wind blowing between the buildings.  Most of you know that I'm from Chicago and that's pretty normal temps and wind for me, but I have to agree with my neighbors...it was cold!!! 

The fountain in front of the Monaco Pictures reminds us all that it can get really cold in Alabama.  While some water still splashes much is frozen.
