Where Is Everyone? Are they @ IHOP eating Stuffed Crepes???????????

FREE LEMONADEMembers: 47,389 - 702 Online Now????????  I figured it out folks...... and maybe its a good thing.

I have noticed a sharp drop in the number of members on-line in the past few weeks. At first I thought they must all be a IHOP eating stuffed crepes.

Then it hit me............... they are all out pounding the pavement for new clients, they are working expired listings, FSBO's, and getting back into farming neighborhoods. It must be that they are all getting back to basics.

They are thinking outside the box and finding new ways to grow their business.............

I saw an open house being done by a creative REALTOR who had signs up for "FREE LEMONADE" at his open house. Now, I don't care who your are, you have to think that is creative!

So I want to praise those ActiveRain members who are keeping a smile on their face and who are out there working in this great field of Real Estate!!!

Have a great day AR!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Brad,   Yes, back to basics.  Open houses, calling past leads, calling old clients.

I think you are correct! A lot of people are out there working their business but a lot of agents are also just kicking back and relaxing due to the slight downswing in the market with the rush of school activities starting back up.

This is the best time to get out there and remind people that you are a REALTOR - especially while the competition is taking it easy!
