On day eight of 31 Days of December Challenge I visited new home builders in one of the neighborhood that I'm building my custom websites. I learned about their floor plans, special offers they currently offer and obtained their list of inventory homes. I learned about different features they offer and determine why potential buyers would pick them. I will have to repeat this in later date for the other subdivision I'm building custom site for.
