Free unlimited virtual tours and single property sites

Services for Real Estate Pros with Home87 provides you with free unlimited virtual tours and single property sites with no gimmicks, no credit card, no premium features to make you pay, no game playing. It is totally free as in zero, nada, zilch forever.

No it is not a bare bone, ugly looking service like most others.

Yes our designs look stunning, with smooth transitions and all the bells and whistles you'd expect.

Walkscore, Google Maps, SEO control, unlimited pictures? yes

MLS compliant links, Optimized Craigslist HTML, document upload, printable flyers? Yes

Click2Call and LiveChat as widgets, social sharing? yes and many more features to make you happy.

Cost involved? We can't believe you're still asking the same question. The answer is still zero, nada, zilch. We know you're not used to things that are actually good and are yet free specially in terms of real estate tools; but believe us it is good and totally free. As a side note you better get used to it. Why? Because we got a bunch of other things up our sleeves coming your way soon which will still be for zero, nada, zilch.

@dave I also got your email and responded to you by email as well regarding the shopping cart 1) It allows for multiple property activation 2) It allows your to purchase a domain or sign rider.

@Mayra Thank you for the compliment. Let me know if I can be of further help.

@Fernando @Cindy  I like how you state "Cautiously" :-) "Scary" Yes most of the times free either sucks or isn't really free.. I hope you'll find us different from the crowd.

@Doug Where and when did you send us an email? I don't see an email from you. Unfortunately we are not servicing Canada as of right now :-) We will in the future of course.

@Gita When something's free it's hard to provide around the clock support. Just like Google, DropBox, Facebook and the likes we are a software company so our software will work very reliably so hopefully there won't be any need for support. However if you do need it we have live chat available and you can contact me by email or Facebook and Twitter me.

@Dinah You are welcome :-) and thank you for trying it out.. I know you won't be sorry :-)

@BIll I agree

@Rick Nope no catches anywhere. Create and publish as many property sites and virtual tours as you wish.

@Hawaii homes We are less than 2 weeks old with a few hundred users... so maybe you can give us your thoughts/feedbacks right here after you try it out?

@Kathleen Glad we could be of help :-)

@Larry let us know your thoughts thank you

@Pat Too good to be true? Maybe in term of real estate tools because agents have historically been nickeled and dimed by service vendors and still received a pretty bad product.

But if you look at it in terms of technology Google, DropBox, Evernote, Facebook all provide great service at a cost of 0$ to us. I think it's time for vendors and realtors to benefit from the same advantages that most other industries are already privy to.  PS: Give us your thoughts after you've looked at the site :-)

@Kathleen I don't know what you mean by Preview but I do see that you created the property and all you need to do is to activate it so it's published for the internet to see.. no cost of course.

PS: You can chat with us live on the site for quicker response.

I'm on the live chat getting help, thanks!

The photos are very blurry, they are trying to figure that out now. It may take some time to work it all out but so far it's looking good for free!

@Kathleen Just sent you an email. Somehow the pictures you had uploaded were very small... the ones you sent me were of perfect size and I uploaded them. The site looks gorgeous now :-)

Matt, I just looked at Kathy's (Kathleen Chase) site for her Snake Meadow Hill property.

Nice!  Great tool.  Love to hear her client's reaction.

Kathy, did that take long to set up?

If it's free, where's the revenue stream?

@Chris Hi Chris A) We make 2$ if you buy a domain for your property, we make $5 if you buy a sign rider B) We have additional services up our sleeves that we will launch next year. Most will be free but some will have a monthly fee of about $5

I used to be an agent myself back in 2006 and I always hated vendors nickel and dimining me left and right. When you add up all the services an agent must pay for it becomes ridiculous so we're hoping we can change that with our current and future offerings.

If you have other questions or feedbacks just let me know. I'm always available.

Happy holidays everyone

After painstakingly writing copy and adding photos to the site, it saved nothing.  I kept getting error messages.  Could it be that it's not yet ready for prime time?

@Geri What do you mean it saved nothing? Where were/are you getting an error? I see you created which has all your content, picture, logo and all the sorts. The only things missing is more than 1 picture...

Maybe there was something from your end that caused an error that we're not aware of?

You hadn't activated the property so I activated it so that I could show the URL here. IF you're experiencing any specific issues let me know directly , chat with us live on the site and then give us your feedback here :-)

I was also going to ask where your revenue comes from but you already answered it.   I checked out a couple of the links to some of the ones people have set-up and I am impressed!  I'm off to try it and then I'll check out what you are selling   Thanks

This could literally put other services out of that i just dropped two months ago!  If you can inetegrate Animoto to embed videos, that woudl be cool.  And a mortgage callculator to help with financing lead capture would be nice.

or ability to co-market or co-brand with an agent and a lender?
