The Victorian mansions of King William creates a space of Southtown that is not only highly desired, but extremely valuable in the real estate market, with more reasonable costing homes found within the various other neighborhoods in the area. Southtown is a collection of three diverse neighborhoods that features several different types of housing including new houses, various warehouses converted to homes, as well as modern and new art galleries and complexes, with estates and mansions found in the more prestigious end of the art district.

You can definitely learn a lot about Texas history in the city of San Antonio, further excelled by residing in one of the many historic districts, including Southtown that is now part of an intense historic preservation project that is helping to keep the history of the area alive. Southtown is an excellent space for those that may be studying the arts or for professionals in the industry that wish to be surrounded by the grace of Southtown and San Antonio’s most unique and diversified area. Although the price is a little higher than other areas, the average household income commiserates quite well.
