Mansion Peachtree Condominiums Will Soon Be Back on the Market!
The Mansion on Peachtree will soon have its luxury condominiums back on the market. Approximately seven months after the 42-story condo tower and hotel was foreclosed on, we will now start to see these condominiums available to the public again.
Original unfinished units were priced at $1.7 million, and approximately five units were sold prior to the halt of sales. There are approximately 40 units left to sell under the new seller at prices that are still to be determined.
The hotel and condominium continues to be developed by the lender, and with a little time and patience, I think we'll see this community rebound. I'm excited to see what the future holds for this exquisite building.
