Anita, good showcase of your office's open houses (need to do this-another to do!)...one thing i can say is last year was the first year i only picked one buyer up from any of my open houses...usually more..everyone here has an agent...best..how about you?

I didn't sell any of homes I had the open houses for, during the open houses, but I did get some new buyers for other properties. Most here either have an agent or don't want to work with one (this befuddles me...I guess they think calling the agent on the sign will get them a better deal). That agent works for the seller...many don't comprehend that.
