Going Public

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty 296956

So I've been blogging within the AR community for a while and I've decided that it's about time to go public.  I think it's time to go beyond members only.  I'm open to advice from some of you "blogging pros" and newbies too.  I've watched a tutorial or two and picked up some good tips, but would like to hear from you.

What difference did you see when you went public?  Was it immediate or is this the kind of thing that needs to build up steam?  All comments and advice appreciated.

Ken - Going Public will result in your phone ringing.  You "WANT" the consumer to find your posts in their searches for "key words and phrases".   Blog about your area.  Be your local information expert about lifestyles and things to do in your area.  Be the bridge between consumer and your business referral directory/vendors.  Blog about neighborhoods, school systems, annual events.   Develop some type of "FOOTER" for all you blog posts that mentions you and your business.   There is nothing better than a phone call from a NEW clients that says "I found you online".
