Most forget a "market" consists of swings in both directions, each side having its day in the sun. The slow moves at each end are tough for all to analyze, but once momentum begins, EVERYBODY can see what should happen next.
The odd event in this cycle swing was the speed with which it turned, catching many by surprise due to the pace & trend of the rise.
In any case, I hope you find the right property at a price you can afford. Lots of people were left hanging at the top & I guarantee you just as many will wait too long when it turns.
That's just how it goes, you know - ignorance costs more than education, but it's so much easier to handle 'til the axe falls without warning...
Heck, the lawsuits which follow are FUN to watch, almost as much fun as listening to the crying and moaning about what "they did to me" when the mark finds out what the slick "non-Professional" pulled on him just before moving to Kokomo...
Be careful - spend the money on a Lawyer AND A LICENSED-CONTRACTOR INSPECTOR (or at least just a licensed Inspector) no matter how much you save in your purchase.
