The Kayenta Subdivision is another of the older subdivisions in Cedar City. It was built in the early to mid 1960's. It is just West of South Elementary School. It is also a quiet neighborhood with large starter or move up sized homes. There is some nice, mature landscaping in this subdivision. It is still centrally located in Cedar City, not far from anything.
There is currently one home listed for sale in our Multiple Listing Service at $149,900. This particular home is approximately 1000 square feet on the main level with the same sized fully finished basement.

As you can see, most of these homes have carports instead of garages. It is still a very nice subdivision.
