When people ask you what you do for a living how do you respond? Do you simply say I'm a Realtor?

Recently I was reading a book on guerrilla marketing that made me think about how I responded to that question. I felt that telling people I'm a Realtor did not impress them or really tell them how I felt about my career choice.
In the book they talked about sound bites, meaning if you had thirty seconds to describe your career what would you say. To take it further they mentioned if you had a chance to tell the world what you did, by appearing on the Oprah show what would you say? Hi I'm Mike and I'm a Realtor. Wow! Not to exciting.
So I have been writing a few things down to come up with a thirty second commercial. Notice my first draft and then my final sound bite. Tell me what you think?
Hi, What do you do for a living?
First Draft: My job is to help people find the perfect home whether their buying or leasing. I specialize in First Time Buyers. I also help people sell their home for top dollar, by marketing it correctly. I am a Full Service Real Estate Professional.
Too much information
Final Draft, but still have room for improvement:
I hand deliver keys to happy new homeowners, which brings me the greatest satisfaction. I am a Full Service at your Service Real Estate professional.

I would love to hear how you introduce yourself when someone asks, 'What do you do for a living?'
