This is starting to get old but it comes with the territory. You see I am a real estate office manager (a hired gun) and twice in the last two years the owner of the company I was working for sold their real estate business.
And of course one of the quickest ways to save money for the new owner is to get rid of excess management and staff if you are merging the office with another one (my second sale) or replace with the new owners family (my first sale) ... so I am looking for something to do again.
Fortunately in both cases my selling owners made sure to take care of me so I have time to figure out what I am going to do in the next phase of my life. It will be in real estate just not sure where yet.
Currently I am with the new owners, helping my old agents make the transition to the new company. The new owner is Century 21 Judge Fite Company a large local family owned company in north Texas with 23 offices. I have known the owners, management, and many agents for some time and they are all good folks.
I do like helping agents become successful in real estate, I like learning about the technology & tools used in real estate and forwarding that info to others, and finally I like problem solving ... so some form of management seems to make sense.

If you have any ideas or job leads don't hesitate to leave a comment.
