A little pricey solution but yes it seems that buyers cannot figure out how furniture will look or be placed in a room nowadays.  A true shopping handicap IMHO.

Yes, it did cost some, however as a Broker that stages too, it was an investment I needed to make anyway. So I am glad I was able to afford to do it.  Merry Christmas!
