I'm big on using Facebook for business. I use both my personal page and my business page for business, but I never spam. I find it mildly annoying when a lender/inspector/title company rep is a fan of my business page and feels that it is a okay for them to respond to my posts like they know me or we are a team.
A few examples:
My comment: If you are on the fence about buying a home right now, feel free to give either of us a call with any questions or concerns you have.
Spammy McSpam-a-lot Lender: It is a perfect time to buy! Call me for a free analysis and let Jared and Amanda find you the perect home!
I don't know you and have never worked with you. C'mon man.
My comment: Remember, we can help you with ANY homes out there, not just our listings. Hope to hear from you soon!
Spammy McSpam-a-lot Title Company Rep: Once Jared and Amanda find your home for you, remember to use Angry Joe's Title Company to help you in the transaction! Lowest fees and best service GUARANTEED!
I have a preferred title company I use and I don't know you. C'mon man.
My comment: Once we have a home under contract, we STRONGLY advise our buyers to have a home inspection by a licensed inspector. The few hundred you spend on the inspection could save you thousands down the road.

I used your services twice last year. The first time you wouldn't get on the roof and you couldn't fit in the attic because you were so overweight. The second time it took you a week to get the inspection report back to me.
