It's important to see the actually selling price of homes rather than just the asking price. We also take a look at your competition to determine a pricing strategy to get your home sold before the others. Another factor to consider is the average days on market for a home.
Next I complete a CMA check list at your home. While completing this detailed check list I will note all the aspects of your home. We will take into account all the amenities and condition of your home. Now it's time to compare your home to your competition. Yes, you are competing with your neighbors homes and we need to be ahead of the curve in both in pricing and the marketing of your home.
