Santa needs a new home!!

Santa needs a new home!  I realize I do not live close to Santa, but you have to admit, the man has been working for a long time!  Now by now I am sure that there are 1 or 2 Santa Jr.'s that could take over the family business.  So my goal is to cold call on him, get him to list his home and move to Delaware! 

In Delaware, Santa could enjoy 4 seasons, unlike the one he has now (COLD).  Our seasons are more on the milder side, never too hot or too cold.  Delaware real estate offers homes of all types.  Single Family homes, town homes, condos and more. 

It's possibleSanta's new homewill be in an Active Adult community, or a community that offers all the amenities but with out the age restrictions.  Of course Santa's home will be low in property taxes, especially for him, since he no longer has to pay for the school tax portion in his property tax bill. 

In Delaware you are within a 2 hour drive of everything you want to be near, Mountains, Beaches, Santa can drive  to many cities in that same time like;  New York City,  Washington DC.  Philadelphia and Baltimore.  Centrally located makes this a great place for Santa's new home

Santa's new homeshould most likely be near the beach.  From there he and Mrs. Claus can play golf together, fish, sun bath or stroll on the board walk.  I will definitely be calling him soon.  So watch out all you Realtors who live near him, as I will be sending you a referral.   Santa will finally be able to follow his Favortie Team, and we all know who that is
