In my oppinion while total sales volume has decreased for bot November and year to date 2010 vs 2009, we have seen a quite different trend in sales prices. In Southern NH and on the seacoast sales prices have begun to increase, in the northern and western parts of the state the oppisitte has occcured with an increase in sales volume but a decrease in average sales price.
