The Phoenix Arizona home market for November 2010 did not show a lot of significant changes from prior months-- in some communities where a few more expensive homes sold in the month, the average sales prices went up and in communities where a few less expensive homes sold, the average sales prices show down somewhat --- but nothing of huge significance.
Now is a great time to buy in the Phoenix Arizona area. We are seeing a lot of "snow birds" and seasonal visitors arrive during this time of year. If you have been renting in past years, as well as this year, consider this might be a good time to consider a purchase of a 2nd home.
