Pay It Forward - Helping Hands

I work in a Brokerage firm for Keller Williams and we have lots of people in our office that makVicki our DOFIe the transactions go smoother from start to finish.  Vicki (DOFI) puts all of our listings in for us and load pictures, makes changes, answers the phones, makes copies, scans…you know the drill.

Beth (MCA) makes sure our computers are running, our paperwork is flawless and that we are paid.  She coordinates all of our Regional educational events too.  She is ALWAYS happy and has a smile on her face; I don’t know how she does it! 

I very much appreciate them and wanted to pay it forward in a small way by remembering them during the holiday season.  We baked small loaves of pumpkin bread over the weekend.  I spent much of yesterday and Beth our MCAtoday delivering it to the special people in our lives.  Beth was the recipient of one of those loaves.  I got Vicki some fragrance items. 

 

At the end of the day; I know that I am only as good as those that work with me to get our clients from sale to close.  These two ladies are my helping hands and deserve a “thank you”!

They are so often under appreciated for all the hard work that they do. I often wonder how our MCA does it. Taking care of all the paperwork for 160 agents and always answering all of our questions with a smile. Looks like your Ladies are awesome too! Great gifts Cindy!

Hi Marie...I put the acronyms in because I knew a lot of folks would recognize those positions and be able to relate.  You have twice as many agents as we do!

Cindy, our DOFI's are really important and I think they deserve to be thanked at Christmas and all the year through.  Hmmm, ours don't do our listings, need to bring this up

Elizabeth...really? Ours put all of them in and will even load the pictures if we ask them to.  I don't just because I like to write the descriptions as I load them.  They also do price reductions, mutual releases, etc.
