Jacksonville Foreclosures a large portion of SOLD

In Jacksonville, foreclosures made up 36% of the SOLD homes in November. In North East Florida 853 single family homes changed hands with 306 of them being bank owned. 

The highest priced property that sold was oceanfront in Neptune Beach at $1,335,000 (below) and the lowest believe it or not $2500...yea I said $2500 (not a type o)

Asking price was $1,890,000 but sold at $1,355,000 after 480 days on market.
