Home For the Holidays!

By
Real Estate Agent with ERA Realty Center

This time of year we usually notice a slowdown in the Cedar City real estate market as people prepare for the holidays.  This year we are still very very busy selling homes!  That's not a complaint!  We are thankful!

My assistant, Matt, is working with a buyer right now as I blog!  My assistant, Susan, is working on a sale in progress that I will be attending the closing on Thursday.  My assistant, Jennifer Corral, is working on a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) for a foreclosed home that we are listing!  That's all productive and excellent!

What is keeping the buyers attraction this winter season?  I believe it is the attractive inventory of bargain-priced homes coupled with very low interest rates available!   There's a sea of opportunity in this real estate market, and everything seems to be lined up to benefit buyers!  I'm glad they are snapping up bargain-priced homes!

Please check out the values in the form of foreclosures, short sales, new construction and homes priced-like foreclosures on www.homesincedarcity.com.  Janet Naisbitt-Bagley, ERA Realty Center, and her team of experienced and trained professionals can help you with every home for sale which will save you hours of time.

Please call Janet's team at 435-865-1019 or 800-934-3742 or email naisbitt@infowest.com for top service with all of your real estate needs whether buying or selling!  We'll work hard to help you realize your real estate goals!

Janet, I agree.  The market has been better this year, for us in Connecticut, than it was for 2009.  The low rates are a great incentive.  Our prices have come down, but, not as much as other states.
