Just because it is Christmas Eve doesn't mean we won't be dancing and moving, so come on over.  If you have the day off and normally don't it is the PERFECT time to join us!!!

This is a regularly held Nia class at Core Fitness in Los Gatos.  The Holidays are no exception.

Nia is a cardio dance that gives you the energy you need to get you through all that you have to do this Holiday weekend.  Nia is created using the moves that the body was designed to do.  You move your body the way it feels good to move, you can't help but get a surge of energy!
