A new buyer

By
Real Estate Agent with McCall Montgomery Real Estate

Tonight I was really feeling down in the dumps due to a closing I had that was canned due to financing reasons.  It really had me bumbed, when I met my family for dinner, and I ran into a customer that at one time shopped with me when I owned my own business.  We began to talk much further, and I gave her my card.  Come to find out she is looking for a home, and would love to have me be her REALTOR.  Needless to say, I need to practice what I preach about always staying positive.  It is hard, but kharma is a powerful thing.

Hi Carri, never be tied to an outcome!  Period.  This is a lesson everyone has to learn.

Hi Carri, One of the hardest things in our business is not to get too emotionally attached. It is disappointing for the buyer as well as you working hard and not getting paid, but these things do happen. The good thing is that you are out there talking to people and in turn, getting another client. Yes!
