Our market is good right now. I live and work in a rural area adjacent to the Boise/Nampa metro area.
I am curious because suddenly we're really busy. I haven't seen a late December like this for about 10 years. It was quite slow before this.
Are your markets busy right now? Or is it just a local coincidence? This time of year normally is parties and getting ready for Christmas - family shopping etc interspersed with some real estate.
I usually put out my calendars with a little dollar store Chirstmas gift personally to all my clients that I can. I just mailed out 80 of them _ not going to be able to get it done timewise and weatherwise.
This year I've only marginally decorated my house, I've baked nothing, all kinds of things are undone and face it it's December 22, they aren;t going to get done.
Not griping! I am thrilled to have some good business going on.
