I watched this and many light bulbs went in my head. I find this to be so true and it was inspiring to me because of what I do. Being a volunteer and the Vice Chair for the Houston Association of Realtors, www.har.com, gives me a way and an outlet to think out of the box. This is why I think HAR has and is doing so well. Bob Hale, the CEO of HAR, has the entire staff doing just this and has the support of the Board of Directors. The entire Board of Directors are volunteers, and after watching this video, I can see why Houston leads the nation in regards to real estate and innovation around our web site.
