Our market has been extremely slow, however, within the past few weeks, we have had many inquiries from out of State people showing interest in moving to South Florida. Also this past week, we did two area orientations for 2 seperate firms in Plantation who are extending job offers to these candidates. The feedback was excellent and I think that we will have two transferees moving here before the end of the year.
The State of Florida is feverishly working to reduce Real Estate Taxes and the results should be in by January 29th, the day of the election. There is a special referendum asking people to vote for a "super sized" homestead exemption.....we'll keep you posted.
